Terms of use

Last updated 1 August 2026. These terms apply to systemtracebase.digital and to enrolment conversations that begin on this site.

Acceptance

By browsing this website, submitting the contact form, or confirming a course seat by email, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request enrolment. If you enrol on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

What this site offers

The site describes educational programs in Mobile A/B Test Analytics. Pricing is informational. No checkout or payment runs on these pages. A seat exists only after we confirm it in writing and you complete the payment method we send separately.

Student obligations

You must provide accurate contact details, keep login links to recordings confidential, and not record live critiques without written permission. Homework and memos you submit may be discussed in class. Do not include secrets, personal data of end users, or regulated customer information in classroom artefacts; anonymise first.

Intellectual property

Course slides, workbooks, memo templates, archive briefs, and the text and design of this website belong to Systemtracebase or our licensors. Enrolment gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own learning during the access window stated at confirmation. You may not resell, publish, or train a public model on our materials. Your own experiment memos about your product remain yours; if we ask to anonymise one for the archive, we will only do so with your written OK.

Conduct

Critique is direct. Harassment, discrimination, or recording others without consent is not. We may remove someone from a live room or revoke recording access if conduct breaks this rule. Fees in that case follow the refund policy.

Liability

Programs are education, not professional advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of product metrics. We do not warrant that following a method will produce a lift, store approval, or revenue change. To the fullest extent allowed under Thai law, Systemtracebase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill arising from use of the site or the courses. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed enrolment is limited to the fees you actually paid for that enrolment.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is prohibited.

Website availability

We try to keep pages available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, pause, or retire content, including course descriptions, without notice. A published syllabus on this site is a description, not a contract, until it is attached to your confirmation email.

Third-party services

Fonts, images, and any video rooms we use are provided by third parties with their own terms. We are not responsible for those services going down or changing their features.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from use of the site, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes that affect an already confirmed enrolment will be emailed to the address on that enrolment.
